Because our products are custom-made specifically for you, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

Before we manufacture your order, you will receive a final artwork proof for review and approval. Production will not begin until we receive your authorization, helping ensure that the design, colors, logo placement, and overall appearance are exactly what you want.

We want you to love your finished products! If your order arrives with a physical defect or manufacturing issue, please contact us at info@kixiesgameday.com, and our team will be happy to assist you.

Please note that approved artwork, colors, sizing, placement, and other customization choices are not considered product defects once the final proof has been approved.
